The Spireworks, is a new purpose build student accommodations development situated on Cowley Road — a vibrant and eclectic arterial route in the city of Oxford.

The student accommodation features 137 modern spacious studio apartments, 3 twin and 8 DDA apartments . The development incorporates a terrace, courtyard, modern gymnasium, cinema and games room, study areas and social spaces. All of which were located above a new Tesco Express shell.

Project ff&e were appointed at the main ff&e contractor to provide all fixed and loose furniture across all 148 apartments, amenity and outdoor areas.

Inside the modern studio apartments, we installed all fitted and loose furniture including kitchenette with integrated appliances, desk, storage units and bed. The design and furniture selected took inspiration from rustic brick and pre-cast reconstituted stone façade whilst we introduced a pop of colour on the kitchen panel units.

Across the amenity areas we installed a range of furniture to compliment the space including modular bleacher seats in the private games rooms and a range of seating pods and sofas in the main communal area.
