Located in the heart of Glasgow's vibrant cultural quarter, Moda's Holland Park is a transformative build-to-rent development comprising 433 homes. The project features four architecturally striking buildings, ranging from six to 22 storeys, and reimagines the former Strathclyde Police Station site into a dynamic new residential community.

Project FF&E was responsible for supplying and installing all loose furniture throughout the development, ensuring a high-quality finish in every aspect of the interiors.

We furnished the apartment bedrooms and living areas with carefully selected pieces that embody both comfort and style, catering to the needs of modern residents. Additionally, our team delivered all loose furniture for the extensive amenity spaces, including the co-working areas, gym, and sky lounge, creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing environments that elevate the living experience at Holland Park.

Working closely with Moda, we ensured that each furniture choice contributed to the development’s vision of offering luxury, convenience, and community within an urban setting.
