Pine Mill is a collection of town houses comprising of 42, 6 bed Houses in Multiple Occupation(HMO’s), as well as two nine bed and seven 13 bed HMO’s.

Set amongst private outdoor space, with a focus on the positive impact of nature and green space, Pine Mill has a cosy village-feel, but is still well-connected with just a 10-minute walk from the University of Lincoln Campus.

Project ff&e was appointed by Torsion to design, supply and install loose and fitted furniture to 361 cluster bedrooms and 51 cluster kitchens.

The purpose built student accommodation development opened in 2021.
