Carlton Hill is a brand-new development which offers stylish city living for students, and is just a short walk from both the city centre and the University campus.

The new build consists of 604 student rooms ranging from 2-8 rooms per apartment and is 15 storeys at its highest point. It replaces a 20-year-old building that previously housed 239 students.

Project ff&e was appointed to provide all fixed and loosing furniture in all rooms which featured double beds, desk, chair and plenty of storage space.

In the shared communal kitchen and living room space, Project ff&e provided kitchens, appliances and communal furniture.
