Pershore Junction is a premium Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) in Birmingham's Stirchley suburb, offering 167 purpose-built bedrooms. Conveniently located for students from University of Birmingham as well as Aston University, University College Birmingham, and Birmingham City University, it features modern amenities such as a communal lounge, games area, cinema room, gym, and study spaces.

Project ff&e was appointed by Alumno with designing and delivering fixed and loose furnishings across 42 bedrooms, 125 studios, and six kitchens, along with bespoke joinery and loose furniture for the shared amenity spaces.

The Studio bedrooms are designed for comfort and functionality, featuring a well-organised study space with a spacious built-in desk, drawers, and overhead shelving. The kitchenette is compact yet well-equipped with a sink, built-in oven, microwave, storage cabinets, and essential appliances, ensuring both convenience and style.

The amenity areas are vibrant and contemporary, featuring a mix of stylish seating and bespoke joinery with plush sofas, colourful lounge chairs, and communal dining tables; the space fosters comfort and interaction whilst providing the ideal environment for study. Custom-built storage, tiled partitions, and shelving enhance functionality, while pastel walls, artwork, and an industrial-style ceiling create a modern, inviting atmosphere.
