Located at 55 Portland Street, Manchester, Clayton Hotel is a newly built 17-storey, 329-bed hotel which opened in 2022.

Built on the site of a demolished 50 storey office block, the hotel includes a ground-floor bar with restaurant at mezzanine level as well as a business centre with meeting rooms.

Appointed by main contractor Russell WHBO, Project ff&e designed and fit out loose and fitted furniture to the ground floor reception area, bar and communal area, first floor restaurant and dining area, second floor meeting rooms and all 329 bedrooms.

Our joinery team provided bespoke modern wall features throughout each level of the hotel.
