Trapezium is a premium student accommodation development in the heart of Leeds, offering 91 high-quality studio apartments designed for modern student living. Ideally located near the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University, Trapezium provides a secure, stylish, and social environment where students can thrive.

Project ff&e was appointed to design and deliver a complete furniture solution for all 91 studio apartments. Our scope included both fixed and loose furniture, ensuring a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetics. Each apartment was carefully designed to maximise space, featuring:

• Contemporary kitchenettes with integrated appliances
• Desks and ample storage to support student needs
• Comfortable double beds for restful living
• Sleek wardrobes and stylish bathroom fittings

Beyond private living spaces, Trapezium’s communal areas were also thoughtfully furnished to encourage social interaction and a sense of community.
