Project FF&E, appointed by main contractor John Sisk & Son, to design, supply and install kitchens and wardrobes at UNCLE's latest build-to-rent development in Leeds. This £68 million project, situated on the historic site of the Doncaster Monkbridge Iron & Steelworks, comprises two towers housing 463 build to rent apartments.

463 Contemporary Kitchens:

We supplied and installed 463 contemporary kitchens, each featuring durable Quartz worktops and integrated Bosch appliances. The minimalist, handle-less cabinetry design, paired with under-cabinet lighting, creates a stylish and efficient kitchen design. The kitchens feature minimalist grey cabinets, sleek worktops, and integrated appliances, including a microwave, oven, and hob, creating a modern and functional space.

717 Wardrobes:

To optimise space and enhance the overall aesthetic of the bedrooms, we installed 717 sliding mirror wardrobes. These elegant solutions provide ample storage while reflecting light, making the bedrooms feel more spacious and luxurious.
