Project FF&E were appointed by Torsion for the design, supply, and installation of both fixed and loose furnishings at the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development, Redgate, in Nottingham.
The development comprises 332 rooms, including 220 bedrooms, 77 studios, and 35 kitchens, all fitted with high-quality furnishings designed to ensure comfort and practicality.
Bedrooms: Designed with a sleek, contemporary aesthetic, the rooms incorporate light-toned wood, neutral colour palettes, and functional layouts to support both study and relaxation. Each room features a built-in desk with ample workspace and upper shelving units for organisation. Studios are equipped with compact, stylish kitchenettes, including integrated ovens, to provide essential functionality for student living.
