Located on New Wakefield Street, Manchester, Artisan Heights is Unite Students’ new 603 bed purpose built student accommodation. Close to Oxford Road train station, the accommodation provides a mix of studios and 5 to 10 bed cluster apartments with shared kitchen facilities spread over 33 floors.

Our team designed, manufactured and installed bespoke joinery for the ground floor reception, 1 and 32 floor communal areas and study space. Storage solutions were incorporated into the ground floor reception area which along with the bespoke joinery created eye catching features and a modern look.

The purpose built student accommodation development opened in 2020.
